FAQ
Everything worth knowing
Clear answers on cost, timing, redesigns and SEO — including what we need from you and what you can expect from us. If your question is not here, ask it directly.
What services does TITANMATTER offer?
TITANMATTER covers five disciplines: web design, web development, branding and visual identity, digital marketing, and SEO. Most projects use more than one — a website that has to rank and convert is a design, build and search problem at the same time, which is why we run them as one engagement rather than three handovers.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, and most delays are not design delays — they come from content, approvals and decisions made late. We fix the timeline once the scope is agreed, and tell you exactly what we need from you at each stage to hold it.
Do you work with businesses of our size?
We work with startups needing a credible first site and with established companies whose brand has fallen behind what they have become. What matters more than size is whether someone can make a decision and whether the offer is genuinely good.
Can you redesign our existing website?
Yes. Before rebuilding anything we work out whether the problem is presentation or foundation — if the structure and content are sound, a visual refresh may be enough. Where the architecture or messaging is the issue, we restructure rather than re-skin, and we map redirects before launch so the redesign does not cost you search visibility.
Can you improve our search visibility?
We work on the things that actually decide visibility: technical health, site structure, search intent and internal linking. We will not promise a position — rankings depend on competitors and on search engines. We commit to the work, the measurement, and honest reporting on non-branded search growth.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. Ongoing work covers updates, performance monitoring and search — scoped monthly to what the site actually needs.
How do we get started?
Send us a message describing what you are trying to change and what has already been tried — a rough budget and a deadline help more than they might feel like they do. If there is a fit we will suggest a call, then scope the project properly. You get a written scope, a timeline and a real number before anyone commits.
